Baby Dr and Moab

We got to see the boys again for mom's birthday.  We got another ultrasound.  Dr said one of the babies urinated right before he saw him on the screen... it's amazing what they can see.  Dr. said everything looks good.  Each boy is as big as a baby in a normal pregnancy would be at this stage, so mom is HUGE!  We have a 50% chance of keeping them in there to 37 weeks.  Of those who come before that, the majority are around 35-36 weeks and are just fine.  We will keep going to the Dr. every other week until we get to 28 weeks (right now we are at 21) and we will be in the clear for twin to twin transfusion.  After that we will go at week 32 and every week after that until they get here.

Once they are ready to come there is a 40% chance that the first baby will be breach and both will have to come by C-Section.  If Baby A is head down there is still a 30% chance Baby B could be breach in which case, we can decide to have him come by C-Section or pull him through breach.  We're hoping to do just one or the other, but we'll see what happens when we get closer.

We went to Moab this weekend where the boys got to play with cousin Colton.  He is only 20 months old, but got the concept that there is a baby in Trista's tummy pretty well.  Two confused him though.  He walked around pointing to Trista's belly saying "baby, baby".  Grandma Denese got to feel one of the boys for the first time.  Every one is getting so excited about these two little guys.  Colton was chasing Lady all over the house trying to get her tail and getting himself cornered while the dog licked him.  It made us so excited that we will already have a puppy for our boys to play with.

October 19th is coming so fast!  We're already more than half way there.
